HR Systems &amp; Data Management<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Onboarded MDD into Davies HR systems, Sage People, for employee data management.<\/li><li>Led efforts to clean and maintain HR data, including updating the line manager hierarchy, cleaning up naming conventions, and preparing for new modules (Performance Management, Compensation Management and Leave).<\/li><li>Supported integration planning and participated in HR tech rollouts for MDD employees.<\/li><li>Collaborated with senior management and global HR teams to roll out global systems and resources e.g. Learning and Recognition platforms.<\/li><li>Regularly updated Sage People and facilitated onboarding for new hires.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Managed end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, including Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan.<\/li><li>Created job descriptions, screened CVs, conducted interviews, and supported hiring managers in selecting candidates.<\/li><li>Led advertising, explored new recruitment channels, and ensured smooth offer processes for various roles, including junior accountants, Business Development director and HR manager.<\/li><li>Saved significant cost by not using recruitment consultants.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Employee Relations &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Worked with legal advisors on contractual arrangements and ensured compliance with local regulations, particularly in Thailand, Australia, France and Germany.<\/li><li>Reviewed and updated employee handbooks and legal documents, including for Thailand and Australia, to resolve post acquisition due diligence queries.<\/li><\/ul><p>MDD was acquired by Davies Group in early 2024. Given the nature of the Asia Pacific footprint, the employee relations aspects were not the focus for the pre-acquisition due diligence which left a number of open tasks to complete.<\/p><p><em>&#8220;Helen was able to come on board and quickly got up to speed with our business and our employees. Her flexible approach meant she tailored her priorities based on our requirements.<\/em><br \/><em>Helen provided strategic advice, taking into account both business and employee needs. She is able then to translate that into a practical approach and recommendation. Her ability to partner with senior management and collaborate with global HR teams provided valuable support for strategic decision-making, particularly in areas such as employee development, performance reviews, and benefits planning.<\/em><br \/><em>Helen has been able to bridge the gap between our smaller company culture and the larger company infrastructure of Davies, to make sensible inroads into leveraging the new tools available to us.<\/em><br \/><em>Helen\u2019s expertise is broad, she has supported us with employee relations, contractual matters, recruitments, performance management training, compensation review, leave entitlement reviews and other day to day matters.<\/em><br \/><em>Particularly with regards to our recruitment, she was able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries. She developed job descriptions, screened candidates, and guided hiring managers through selection processes for Staff Accountants, the APAC Business Development Director and our permanent APAC HR Manager. She was able to help us define what we will need from an HR Manager once the transition period is completed. She was able to leverage the Davies LinkedIn license and hire directly, resulting in cost savings for the business. Where recruitment consultants have been needed, she has been able to source and negotiate with them on terms which has been helpful.<\/em><br \/><em>Helen brings a proactive and collaborative approach to her work.
